Noah and I in the recovery room after his surgery this morning at UCLA.

He did so well considering all the change and people everywhere. We arrived at the hospital at 6am. We were scheduled for a 7:30am surgery with Dr. Steven Lehrman. He is a wonderful pediatric urologist and extremely nice man. He was so kind and gentle with Noah. He made the necessary visit a little less scary for my "Pokey." The surgery took a little longer than anticipated, but the outcome was good and Noah is home and on the mend.

As Jack and I watched Noah sleeping in the recovery room, we were reminded how many have been praying for us, calling & emailing us, and just generally being such an encouragement to our whole family. Thank you!

Guess who? Noah! In his new favorite pair of RED Coca~Cola shorts. This picture was taken only 6 hours after arriving home! YES, he really did have surgery this morning. We've nicknamed him "Ironman." Thank you all so very much for your loving concern for my sweet boy. It has meant a great deal to me, my hubby Jack and Noah as well. He seems to get that people are coming over and helping out and dropping things off for us. We are a fortunate family to be loved so much by so many ~ Julie
